Behind ChildHelp.info lies a dedicated team of experienced child and adolescent psychotherapists, social workers, educators, and parents.

Behind ChildHelp.info lies a dedicated team of experienced child and adolescent psychotherapists, social workers, educators, and parents. We share a common mission: accompanying parents in challenging moments and supporting them in creating a more relaxed and fulfilling family life. Our work is based on solid expertise in psychology, education, and social work – paired with a large dose of practical experience from everyday life with children and teenagers. We understand how overwhelming it can be when small and large crises arise in family life. That’s exactly why we want to provide you with straightforward, practical tips and information that are easy to implement and yet have a lasting impact.
Each of us brings a unique perspective:
- The Psychotherapists: They share their expertise to provide you with insights into the emotional and psychological development of children and to outline potential solutions.
- The Social Workers and Educators: They provide practical strategies that are truly implementable in everyday life – whether in conflicts, at school, or in the social environment.
- The Parent Team at ChildHelp.info: They supplement the professional knowledge with very personal experiences and perspectives from real life.
Our goal is to equip you with the tools that can help you navigate the challenges of family life with more ease. We want to show you: you are not alone, and sometimes, small changes can have a significant impact.
We understand that not every challenge warrants a visit to a therapist’s office. That’s why we offer a readily accessible service, providing answers to common everyday queries – be it parenting questions, conflict resolution, or emotional support for children and teenagers.
What we cannot provide:
Our content is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. Topics such as suicidality, eating disorders, personality disorders, etc., require specialized therapeutic or inpatient support and are not addressed here on ChildHelp.info.
Our Approach:
- Practical Assistance: Concrete tips and tricks that can be directly implemented in everyday life.
- Empowering Parents: We help you find solutions on your own and actively shape your family life.
- Positive Changes: Small steps that can make a big impact in the long run.
Whether you have questions about child development, are searching for ways to resolve disagreements, or simply want to improve the dynamics within your family – we are here to guide you along this journey.
Together, we want to create a space where you feel understood and supported – without pressure, without complicated technical terms, but with a clear focus on what truly matters: your family.
